London Cultural Centre was established in 1998. It has served the community by conducting poojas, Bajans and Indian Music learning center on Fridays for the past seventeen years from its rented premises - Lochaber Hall in Manor Lane Terrace, SE13 5QL in 1998. The Temple was initiated with blessings of Late Sivashri Kailasanatha kurrukal (Trustee Sri munneswaram Devasthanam (Chilaw) and Nalur Sivan Kovil (Jaffna) - Srilanka) It was started with the aid of less than ten volunteers (Mr Babu, Mr Vinayagamoorthy, MrThavendran, Mr Jegathewaran and Mr Sakthivel, Siva Shri Kalyan sundara gurukkal, Siva Shri Abiraman Gurukkal, Siva Shri Srithara Gurukkal and Shri Muguntahn Sathasivasharma .
